Refund Policy

Products once delivered are generally not eligible for refund unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide the Order ID and supporting photos/videos for verification.

After approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or registered bank account.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for refund.
